Delivery Information

Shipping Information:

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented amount of orders and we are currently working to dispatch orders within 4 working days.  Once dispatched your order is shipped with Royal Mail which can take between 1-4 days for them to deliver to you.

Royal Mail and fedex deliver between 8:30am – 18:00hrs If you are not going to be at the delivery address, please give a safe place to leave your order or an alternative address.

Outside the UK mainland, all shipping costs are estimated on your order. Shipping costs are calculated on actual order weight, order dimensions and actual address.

Parcels are normally only delivered between Monday and Friday.

Although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Wool Couture Ltd is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties.  We suggest that you check with your local Government with regards to any fees.
